They advise on a comprehensive range of planning matters, including compulsory purchase and related compensation work, as well as guiding clients through processes such as public inquiries and appeals.
The role:
As a Planning Paralegal, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s team of specialists in delivering outstanding legal services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough legal research on planning legislation, case law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documentation, including agreements and submissions for public inquiries and appeals.
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Supporting the coordination of meetings, hearings, and other project-related activities.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
About you:
- A passion for planning law is key!
- Degree-level qualification in law or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in legal research tools
In return:
- Excellent salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per year

- Hybrid working pattern: 2 days in their City of London office, 3 days remote (though in the early days you’ll be in more)
