You should have attained up to 12 months post-qualified experience gained in an IP private practice or full-service law firm, where you have demonstrated your aptitude for advising clients on a full range of IP issues to including:
- Trade Mark searches and clearances;
- Prosecution and management of registered trade mark and design rights;
- International portfolio management;
- Disputes before the IPO.
Trade Mark Attorneys in this team are adept at adapting to the pace of client requirements, as you’ll be aiding a range of global start-ups as well as established brands, so your time-management and organisational skills will be paramount. An ability to recognise and advise on the commercial aspects of individual Trade Mark portfolios will be advantageous.
This is a hands-on role that will require creative thinking, taking the initiative and always being responsive to client requirements, communicating with maturity, efficiency and expert legal advice.
