You are a recently qualified UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney looking to join an busy and expanding department in a renowned firm.

You should have attained up to 12 months post-qualified experience gained in an IP private practice or full-service law firm, where you have demonstrated your aptitude for advising clients on a full range of IP issues to including:
  • Trade Mark searches and clearances;
  • Prosecution and management of registered trade mark and design rights;
  • International portfolio management;
  • Disputes before the IPO.
This highly regarded IP group are ranked in the Legal 500, Chambers and IP Stars and can offer a truly diverse and exciting breadth of work.  You will be assisting clients on fashion, film, music and technology sectors as part of a team that have proudly represented global brands within the media and entertainment sectors for many years.

Trade Mark Attorneys in this team are adept at adapting to the pace of client requirements, as you’ll be aiding a range of global start-ups as well as established brands, so your time-management and organisational skills will be paramount.  An ability to recognise and advise on the commercial aspects of individual Trade Mark portfolios will be advantageous.

This is a hands-on role that will require creative thinking, taking the initiative and always being responsive to client requirements, communicating with maturity, efficiency and expert legal advice.
