​George began his career recruiting for investment banks, international accountancy and law firms globally. Since 2008  he has worked extensively with leading UK and international law firms to achieve their strategic aims. With a focus at the senior level he specialise in helping partners find the right firm based on both the dynamics of the practice and personal goals.

Covering the breadth of the market he has particular expertise in employment and dispute resolution including fraud, construction and international arbitration.
