​After nine years as a partner specialising in property law at a regional practice, Simon joined EJ Legal to specialise in partner recruitment.

Simon is acutely aware of, both from his own experience and those of his many former colleagues and friends, the problems, perils and ultimately the benefits of transferring your practice at partner level. Notwithstanding a natural leaning towards property, construction and projects lawyers, Simon also deals with partners across all other sectors, with many notable placements into City and leading West End firms. A strong market knowledge coupled with an ability to grasp the requirements of the candidate ensures that the right people end up in the right places.

Outside of the office, Simon still plays league cricket, collects fine wines and enjoys the demands of family life.
