Banking & Finance Associate (3-5 PQE) – UK Law Firm

Our client is a UK law firm seeking a circa 3-5 PQE Banking & Finance Associate to join its well-regarded and friendly team.
 
This role offers exposure to a broad range of financing transactions, including:
  • Acquisition finance
  • Real estate finance (investment & development)
  • Investment funds & private equity investment
  • Hedging & securitisation
  • Project finance, including renewable energy financing
  • Receivables & structured finance
 
Their clients include banks, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, fund managers, corporate trustees, and high-net-worth individuals, with many transactions having a cross-border element.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to work on varied and interesting matters, with room to develop in different areas of finance law while maintaining a broad practice. You will also enjoy high levels of client contact and involvement in business development.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Approximately 3-5 PQE, with experience at a reputable law firm
  • Strong technical skills and experience across a range of banking and finance transactions
  • Excellent academics and a keen eye for detail
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving
