A prestigious Silver Circle law firm is seeking a talented and experienced competition lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Competition team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the firm’s knowledge strategy, support high-profile clients, and stay at the forefront of competition law developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Developments: Stay ahead of legal, regulatory, and market trends to ensure the firm and its clients remain informed.
- Client-Facing Publications: Draft high-quality client briefings, articles, and updates on key competition law issues.
- Client Training: Design and deliver training sessions for clients on competition law developments and best practices.
- Technical Queries: Provide expert support on complex legal issues to fee earners and clients.
- Internal Training: Develop and lead training sessions for the firm’s competition lawyers, ensuring excellence in technical knowledge.
Who We're Looking For:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in competition law.
- Strong technical expertise and a keen interest in knowledge management.
- Experience in a leading law firm, competition authority, or in-house competition role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
