The role:
 
The successful Complex Personal Injury Paralegal can look forward to joining a dynamic team renowned for its expertise in high-value, intricate employer liability, public liability, and stress claims. The team specialises in High Court Claims, often involving multiple jurisdictions and parties. They represent a diverse range of clients, including sporting professionals, those in the personal protection industry, construction workers, and journalists.
 
This position offers a chance to engage in high-quality work without the distraction of bulk claims. You will gain significant exposure to court proceedings, making this a unique opportunity for professional growth.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborating closely with the Head of the Personal Injury Group.
  • Attending court and client meetings, providing invaluable support.
  • Conducting research and preparing for trial.
 
About you:
 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Personal Injury law.
  • A background in high-value or complex personal injury matters is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
