A leaading international firm with one of the leading construction practices in the City, our client is looking to recruit an experienced contentious construction associate, preferably with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience gained within another highly regarded London construction litigation practice. The role will involve working on a range of interesting, complex, often high profile, construction and engineering disputes, usually with an international element. The person who takes this position will play a lead role on adjudications, litigation (TCC and High Court), and international arbitrations. The team also works closely with the firm's non-contentious consstruction and real estate teams, the wider litigation group and international counsel. The firm is known for having one of the best associate training and development programmes in the City.
