Our client, a leading international City firm, with a strong upper mid-market corporate / M&A practice, is looking to recruit an experienced corporate associate, ideally with at least 5 years’ PQE  within another leading City or major regional corporate / M&A group, with exposure to cross and multi-jurisdictional transactions. A sector agnostic practice, the corporate group acts for a number of high profile names in the retail and consumer, TMT, financial services, energy and other sectors. This is a senior, client facing role, managing transactions, supervising juniors, networking with industry peers and working alongside the partners to further grow and develop the corporate practice.
