A leading City practice, our client is looking to recruit an experienced employment associate, preferably with at least 3 years' PQE (E&W qualified) into its highly regarded London Employment group. The ideal candidate will have experience of a broad range of contentious and non-contentious/advisory employment law. Transactional support accounts for only a small proportion of each Associate's work as the firm has a strong standalone employment practice. The role will involve acting for employers (including household names), senior executives and other high-net-worth clients. As well as partner mentoring, there is strong Knowledge Lawyer support. Associates are encouraged to network within the employment market, developing key contacts at their level, and are fully supported in doing so.
