This firm is highly regarded for its work in the Private Client sector, representing a significant HNW client base across London and Southern England – naturally this client base generates some complex and high value matrimonial instructions. A pending retirement means that there is a vacancy for a partner or ambitious senior associate to come in and take over the small team with an eye to growing it further. Ideally you will have a broad background in family law and crucially experience in HNW and UHNW cases. Some supervisory experience would also be useful but it must be stressed that this is not seen as a role that is too heavy on management as the department sits within a broader team with management structure in place.
