A high-profile City firm, our client's leading intellectual property practice is growing and looking to hire an experienced Intellectual Property associate, with at least 3 years’ post-qualified experience of contentious IP, specifically patent litigation (or at least significant experience of patent litigation within a broader IP practice). Presenting a fantastic opportunity to join an IP team that has worked on some of the most significant soft and hard IP cases in the market but which is firmly in growth mode, this role will have a focus on patent litigation, advising clients on a range of matters in the High Court, IPEC and the UPC. Unlike some other leading IP / patent practices, the partners are happy to consider talented patent lawyers without a science academic background. The Oxford IP diploma would be beneficial but is also not a pre-requisite. The partners are looking for an IP / patent lawyer with a genuine passion for IP, entrepreneurial and innovative, who wishes to work in a dynamic, highly collaborative team of like-minded IP lawyers.
