The London IP & Tech group of an elite US firm is looking to hire a talented commercial/IP/Tech associate with strong transactional and advisory commercial/IP/Tech experience and at least 3 years’ PQE from another leading City firm with a highly-ranked commercial practice. Candidates will have focused on transactional IP and technology work, but will also possess broader knowledge of IP/Tech extending to IP licensing, data privacy and emerging technologies (including AI and digital services regulation). A highly collaborative, stable, close-knit group within a long-established London office albeit firmly in growth mode.
