IP Solicitor/Trade Marks (soft IP litigation)

You’re a UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of handling contentious soft IP litigation before the IPEC, High Court or Patent Court looking for a move to an established IP firm.
 
This newly created role will support the Solicitor Partners by acting for a broad range of IP matters across a variety of intellectual property rights, technologies and commercial contexts.  You will work on a varied portfolio of Trade Mark, Design and Copyright cases, as well as IP-related disputes including;

 - Infringement and cancellation proceedings before IPEC and the High Court
 - Oppositions and cancelation proceedings at the UKIPO
 - Dispute resolution
 - Foreign proceedings and liaison with overseas counsel
 - Anti-counterfeiting work
 - Domain name disputes

In addition to your LPC qualification, it would be desirable if you have acquired the postgraduate diploma in IP law and Practice (although not essential).
