The role:
This is a high-profile role in a well-established firm with £6bn of assets. Whilst the company’s focus is real estate, the successful Legal Advisor can look forward to a broad in-house role which will also involve the drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts and advising on litigation matters, too.
- Provide legal advice on a variety of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial properties.
- Handle residential litigation matters, representing the company in court and managing related legal processes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Advise on property management issues, including tenant disputes, property maintenance, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as required.
About you:
- 3-5 years of in-house experience in real estate, property development, or property management.
- Knowledge of property management issues and local property regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
