The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a Senior Associate-level Data Protection lawyer with strong UK and European law experience, looking to focus on knowledge management, thought leadership, and strategy within a top-tier international firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Keeping the team updated on legal and regulatory changes
- Maintaining and developing precedents, know-how, and training resources
- Supporting client publications, seminars, and marketing initiatives
- Researching legal developments and providing expert insights
Requirements
- Strong expertise in UK & EU Data Protection law (PSL experience not essential)
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
- Experience with digital regulation (DMA, DSA, AIA, etc.) is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
