An international City firm that has experienced strong growth in recent years and won a number of awards, is looking to recruit a restructuring and insolvency associate with at least 1 year's PQE and with a strong background in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work, to join its London financial restructuring and insolvency practice. The R&I partners are looking for candidates who have either specialised in non-contentious (transactional and advisory) insolvency and restructuring work or who have worked on a number of non-contentious R&I deals as part of a broader or mixed practice and would like to become more focused. A collaborative, entrepreneurial team, the partners are seeking someone who is keen to work closely with clients and to work alongside the partners to help to further develop the R&I practice.
