A leading international City firm, our client is looking to recruit a restructuring and insolvency associate, preferably with at least 1 year's PQE and with a strong background in restructuring and insolvency work, to join its London restructuring and insolvency practice, which continues to grow as a result of new mandates. Candidates will have considerable non-contentious (transactional and advisory) restructuring and insolvency experience. Although the work will be mainly non-contentious, the firm has a full-service restructuring and insolvency practice and so some prior exposure to contentous insolvency work would be ideal.
