We were founded in 1992, so clearly we are in this for the long haul.

Interim
With over 20 years’ experience in the interim legal market, our
private practice team has an outstanding record of success.
The interim option has a number of advantages for clients and candidates alike, particularly in this ever-changing market.
Interim staff are useful for several reasons:
To cover maternity, holiday or sickness leave;
Headcount restrictions on the permanent side;
To assist with projects – e.g. regulatory, due diligence etc;
Covering workflow – it can often take at least four months to hire someone permanent due to notice periods;
Coping with increased workflow without committing permanently; or
Trying someone before committing to a permanent hire.
Clients often require someone to start within a few days or weeks. We’re used to sourcing candidates within hours, whilst also managing the interview process.
We handle all administration, including payroll and referencing to make the process as efficient and cost-effective to our clients. This includes pre and post reference screening and managing holiday pay, national insurance and tax whether that be via PAYE or a limited company.

Paralegals/Doc Review
Our consultants have over 15 years’ paralegal and doc review recruitment experience between them and have built up a network of loyal clients, ranging from top UK firms, US firms, specialist boutiques and in-house organisations.
The team work with a real mixture of candidates, including LLB/GDL graduates, future trainees and career paralegals looking for their next move. We work on temp, interim & permanent roles and cover many practice areas. Our busiest area tends to be litigation, where clients need paralegals at very short notice.
