As a result of growth, our client, a top-tier City firm, is looking to recruit a private funds lawyer, with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE at another leading UK or US firm (trained and retained, E&W qualified), into its highly regarded funds practice. Associates within the team are given experience of the full range of private funds work, working with various partners across the group, for sponsors and other clients in the funds space. While this will be a broad-ranging private funds role, the partners would be particularly interested in applications from talented funds lawyers who have had exposure to European funds and/or private credit funds.
